The Allergy Specialist

Whilst working primarily as a Reflexologist I was often asked for advice on many different aspects of health. It became clear that in order to practise holistically I needed to have wider knowledge and experience of different areas of health. The first diversion I made was into nutrition, the foundation of good health. This helped me to enable people make positive choices in meeting their unique nutritional needs.

Soon afterwards I became fascinated by Kinesiology and it wasn't long before I realised that I'd found a discipline that could get to the root of just about anything. There are different ways in which one can use kinesiology. The areas I work in are: Stress management, learning difficulties, emotional well-being, personal growth, nutrition and allergies/intolerances.

Some clients come to my practice feeling that their Doctor has given up on them, telling them they just have to live with their symptoms. When I hear this I immediately think of allergies/intolerances.
