We have known each other for 15 years and more recently I moved direction from managing restaurants to join Jan at her established deli in Chiswick (Grove Park Deli) as her Catering Manager. Jan has been cooking professionally for over 30 years, from her training days at Langan's Brasserie to being Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's personal chef, with stints around the world in between. Almost immediately we started looking for a second Deli to co-own and hopefully repeat the success of Chiswick.

Almost immediately we started looking for a second Deli to co-own and hopefully repeat the success of Chiswick.
We found The Alberts Deli in 2008, and immediately fell in love with the beautiful Art Nouveau French shop front, the area and the people. It was then called 'Vivian's', had a history of quality and specialised products particularly cheeses, and had been trading for two decades with three different owners (including the original Vivian).
