Entertainment Operations led by the Cruise Director, is comprised of more than 50 positions in several department. Whether an Entertainment Host, or a Nursery Counselor, the entertainment department adds a fun and magical element to Disney Cruise Line voyages. The amazing crew members are a big part of why Disney is a world-renowned leader in the entertainment and cruise line industry.

Created in 1999 and based in North West London, the company has grown from strength to strength. Now with its new bright and spacious offices, the agency also has a rehearsal and audition room, complete with its recently restored 1917 baby grand piano. Few companies worldwide can claim to have the expertise and diverse, specialist knowledge that we have in all areas of entertainment and recruitment. Today the company delivers over 400 entertainers and crew members to over 40 vessels worldwide.

We operate within MLC2006 guidelines adhering to administrative and processing protocol to candidates wishing to gain employment as crew members on a seagoing vessel.

Under the leadership of Marc Sorrentino, the company has a creative, personable and dynamic team with its finger on the pulse in the cruise industry. We pride ourselves on being very accessible to clients, artistes and the crew members we represent. The company acts either as sole or preferred supplier to its cruise line industry clients.
