I completed a course in Holistic Therapies at the Bridgend College in 2008, I enjoyed it so much that in 2009 I enrolled on a Foundation Degree Course at The University of Glamorgan which I completed in 2011. Since that time I have been involved in ongoing training at the Velindre Cancer Centre. The treatments include Precision Reflexology and Hypno-reflexology. I am also involved with the Glyncoch Communities First Project, initially treating children with ADHD and associated conditions. I found that reflexology was particularly useful for them. Since that time I have progressed to treating adults with depression, low self esteem, stress and a variety of other conditions, all with a good deal of success.
