My name is Yvonne and I setup my business in 2008 after years of making cakes for friends and family as a hobby. I made my first cake at the tender age of 16 and everyone loved it. From there I went back to college and gained qualifications in sugar flowers and Professional Cake Decoration Certificate (ncfE) to an advanced level.
