We strive to provide excellent veterinary care for our patients and a friendly environment. We are the only Royal College Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Accredited Small Animal Hospital in East Surrey with branches in Smallfield, Merstham and Tanhouse. We offer up-to-date facilities with modern equipment and our team of veterinary surgeons and nurses are compassionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Established over 20 years ago, The Village Veterinary Group’s main aim is to ensure our clients and their pets receive the highest level of care. Our veterinary team is headed by our clinical director, Priya Puranik, and we are dedicated to continued professional development and further study, allowing us to deliver up-to-date and professional service. All of our vets have areas of special clinical interests including ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, emergency medicine and cardiology. Our enthusiastic nursing team is constantly striving to improve patient care and between them hold higher qualifications in anaesthesia, nutrition and critical care. The main hospital is based in Caterham and is well equipped with two surgical theatres, a dedicated imaging suite with digital radiography (X-ray), high quality ultrasound and endoscopes, dedicated dental suite and modern on-site laboratory. Over night hospitalisation is possible without the need to transfer your pet to another practice. Hospitalised patients are looked after in our on-site separate dog and cat wards where there are large and comfortable walk in kennels for our larger dogs and calm and peaceful kennels for our feline patients.
