Welcome to Tamsin's Wild Thyme - delicious artisan cooking inspired by the robust hearty flavours of East Devon and cosmopolitan tastes of Notting Hill. Setting up Wild Thyme in 2005 (from my home in East Devon) was a happy accident rather than a grand plan; encouraged by friends who loved my cooking. 8 years on, I am delighted that I am as passionate as ever about cooking providing my clients with delicious food for their wedding or special occasion.

One of the great pleasures of being based in rural East Devon, 6 miles from the Jurassic Coast has been establishing relationships with local suppliers of superb quality meat, poultry and fish. Availability of the freshest seasonal produce influence my menus. Being adaptable, interested in new ideas and experimenting with new dishes makes cooking exciting and is an important part of keeping my business dynamic.
