By the age of 15, I was an international Taekwondo competitor representing my country, South Africa. A year later, I was involved in a road traffic accident. The accident resulted in a posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) tear and bulging discs in my cervical and lumbar spine. When I was recovering from the surgery, I decided to become a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I've dedicated myself to guiding people through Personal Training since 1996 and am continuously looking for ways to improve my skills. NLP skills have proved to be a wonderful training tool to guide me to help people to achieve their goals on a deeper level.
