Prior to working in the secretarial recruitment industry Marion was Head of Membership for The Frontline Club, a renowned members’ media club in London where she played a key role in growing an international membership network of journalists and media executives.
She also previously worked for high net worth individuals as their Private/Lifestyle PA and was headhunted to work for one of the top 10 business magnates in the UK where she managed all aspects of his business and private life during a key transitional period following the sale of one of his major assets.
Her passion for recruitment really kicked off when she was given the opportunity to build a temporary branch for a top secretarial recruitment agency. She managed a very successful and thriving division recruiting support staff at all levels and securing a place within many Preferred Supplier Listings.
Marion set up TalentYard in February 2016 to focus on raising the standards in the recruitment sector and offering an honest and modern approach to the hiring process. Having been a PA herself she understands how companies and individuals can benefit from an efficient and trustworthy recruitment agency.
Marion lived in Paris for 10 years and speaks French fluently. More importantly she has excellent knowledge of French cheeses.
