Tae Kwon Do West Sussex

Taekwon-Do (TKD) is the fastest growing martial art in the world, and it's not just because it teaches you self defence. Taekwon-Do in West Sussex is an excellent way to develop healthy bodies & minds, but above all it teaches you respect for yourself and others.

Training programmes are ongoing so that each person can continue to develop their strengths and skills. In addition to developing skills and fitness, these programmes teach respect, self control, self confidence, self discipline, and responsibility.

Our male and female students are all ages (training is available from 5 yrs upwards) and is open to all. West Sussex Taekwon-Do is affiliated to the International Jun Tong Taekwon-Do, the national support organisation, and all instructors are enhanced CRB checked, hold current HSE First Aid qualifications, and have full public liability insurance.
