Our childminding assistant (Cheryl) has a two children of her own, nine year old daughter and a 3 year old .Cheryls previous employment was with fife council at Strathallan primary school as a play worker. She has a SVQ level 2 early years care and education qualifications and is currently working towards level 3. We are always looking to improve our childcare education and will soon be attending more courses such as behaviour management and parent involvement courses. We feel this is important to maintain our good standards as childminders. Both childminders are passionate about childcare and are dedicated to providing a first class professional service that not only provides fun activities but activities that educate, develop confidence, self esteem and physical health. The service is registered with care inspectorate and also with the Scottish Childminding Association. All policies and procedures have been approved by the regulatory bodies and are available on request.
