Like all registered Architects we carry professional indemnity insurance to cover all of our projects providing you with complete peace of mind. We specialise in all scales of residential work from the smallest of internal alterations, through to large extensions and one off bespoke houses. A growing sector of our work is in the Inspection and Certification of new build properties for self builders. Over the last 20 years we have successfully guided many builds through the construction process from initial setting out of the house to final decoration. We provide this service throughout Scotland so if your build is in anywhere between Wick and Berwick contact us and we will provide you with a full description of our services along with a fixed fee quotation. Our Certification is accepted by all Council for Mortgage Lenders (CML) members for staged and final payment purposes.
