System Solutions is a small independent company based in Braintree, Essex, we have many years experience in the Computer repair and IT services industry. We specialise in Virus Removal, Data Recovery, Web Design, LCD Screen Replacement and much more, we cater for the home user and small business's in the area and because we are Home based we are able to keep our prices low and affordable for all.

We charge a standard flat rate fee for labour which we find is more cost-effective and cheaper for you the customer than charging an hourly rate and so that you know exactly what your final payment will be and there are no nasty surprises when you collect you equipment. We run a No Fix No Fee policy, which means that if we can't fix the problem then there is no charge.
