Planning prices include all the drawings needed for obtaining planning approval, purchase of a site location plan and submission and monitoring to the local authority.
When planning is approved, we will contact you regarding commencing out your structural package. This includes structural drawings, structural calculations with building control specification. We will then submit this to building control.
