Crankshaft re grinding is carried out on either a Prince or a Schou machine the operators of these machines have over 30 years experience. Cylinder boring is carried out on fixed pedestal machine and all cylinders are finish honed to give the correct surface finish. Cylinder heads are refaced on a new Zanrosso machine, and pressure tested both hot and cold.
Valve guides can be reclaimed, replaced or bronze lined to ensure correct clearances are maintained. Valves are re machined using a state of the art Serdi machine, which is also used to re-cut the valve seats. Camshafts new and re profiled, a superb range of new cylinder heads are also stocked at very competitive prices.
