SW ESTATES was established in 2006. Together all our staff have over 20 years of experience in the sales and lettings of properties.

We always try to get the vendor the best possible and marketable price for their property. We try to be completely transparent or as is possible. In the whole process we try to value the property at the price we feel will bring value to the vendor not ourselves, a price we know it will sell for not a price to bring in other vendors.
