Suzanne Honey Therapies

I completed a year long course in Reflexology and Meridian Therapy together with Anatomy and Physiology in 2005. Since then I have been a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. Since gaining my diploma I have gone on to do further post graduate training in different areas to add to my knowledge. I have also trained in Sally Kay's award winning lymph drainage technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet which may bring relief to sufferers of lymphoedema and other auto-immune diseases such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and ME. I have over 10 years experience of treating and supporting individuals whether they are on a healing journey, have low self esteem, their fertility journey, coping through a much longed for pregnancy, treatments to help prepare for birth, relax and de - stress from an ever busy lifestyle... The list goes on. I get people coming to see me with all kinds of conditions and it never ceases to amaze me how much support they get from coming for regular treatments. I have had a good success rate in treating couples who have had fertility issues to then go on and have a pregnancy. This is a very rewarding area of my work. I also encourage my mums to have post natal reflexology as soon as they can. During this time I am also able to show them some key areas to work on babies feet.
