Susan's Child Minding

My aim is to provide quality childcare in a safe and secure environment, where each child is encouraged to develop to their full potential. I don't just care for your kids, I care about them. I will work with the parents to promote good manners and social skills, helping the children to reach their maximum ability. I provide a safe stimulating play environment which is appropriate to the age and development of the child with this in mind; I will endeavor to provide activities such as art, role play, story time and songs on a daily basis. I promote, along with the parents,healthy eating, encourage and develop language, literacy and communication through play and activities alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. I will provide a good range of indoor and outdoor toys which will help promote co-ordination, mobility and social skills. I strive to be a positive role model and promote personal and social skills, encourage positive behavior and encourage respect for the environment in which we live in. I will also help the child understand that no child will be discriminated against through religious, social or cultural differences.
