You will build greater resilience and connect with others again.I offer one to one counselling using a holistic approach to look at all aspects of your unique, individual situation and requirements. I do not believe that there is one therapy that suits everyone.I use an integrative approach, which means that I incorporate all three schools of psychotherapy and creatively use various methods appropriate to your needs at every stage of your therapy.
