The majority of our guests visit on business and we aim to make their stay away from home as comfortable and stress free as possible. Tourists and people visiting family and friends are also catered for and we are always pleased to welcome back many returners. We do not offer Breakfast as most people these days prefer a light breakfast and self catering but we are fortunate to have Del’s cafe located opposite which is open 6 days a week from 7.15 am, an excellent choice for full English breakfast and many other home cooked meals which are available throughout the day. Our accommodation is situated in the old town of Yate, the closest for let to the Railway Station (100 yards) with direct links to Bristol Parkway, MOD Abbeywood and Templemeads station. Our location is within easy walking distance to South Gloucestershire Council offices, trading estates on the edge of the town and Yate Shopping Centre.
