Liz is one of less than 50 chiropractors in this country who has trained to advanced level in a specific chiropractic technique called Activator . Liz originally trained as a chiropractor at the Mctimoney College of chiropractic in Abingdon. Since graduating, she has trained in advanced McTimoney techniques and Activator methods. She has also received training in dry needling (also known as medical acupuncture) and advanced muscle release techniques. Liz attracts a wide range of patients, from pregnant women, children, to sports people, and those with work strain. Elderly people also often have regular treatment to remain more mobile and supple, as well as those simply looking to improve their health and keep well. With over 30 years in health care Liz has a strong professional ethos underlying all of her work but at the same time, her clinic is relaxed and friendly.
