For the company to be a success I have had to dedicate a number of years in study to obtain the correct qualifications to offer the best service to my clients. For three years I studied and obtained a Higher Diploma at Birmingham College of Food. Following this achievement I then gained a Diploma from the renowned Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London. Having achieved the educational accolades I then gained a vast amount of experience in outside catering with prestigious companies.
