Moving away from the typical gym environment, Sudden Movements focuses on developing strength, flexibility and movement capability to overhaul your approach to fitness and nutrition. Launched in January 2013, Sudden Movements has already worked with and helped to transform the fitness of hundreds of clients from its specialist gym in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
