We are located on the outskirts of Swindon, with easy access to the M4/M5, A419 and Swindon's many tourist attractions. From the moment you arrive we feel sure you will feel at ease and at home. Our guest house offers cosy well appointed rooms, with the personal touch of home and should you have a laptop there is Internet access throughout the guest house. We are ideally located to local pubs, which serve evening meals; local shops; bus stop and a short distance from golf clubs; gyms; 12 screen cinema and Swindon Shopping Centre is approximately 5 km away.

All of our guest rooms are well equipped, en suite with bath or shower and TV, fridge and very high standard of décor. Fresh towels daily. Shampoo, bath gels, soaps, etc, will be found in your bathroom. Do not worry if you forget your toothbrush, razor, etc, we have new ones for your convenience. Our lady guests will find samples of perfume/creams/body lotions, etc. We are also close to the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
