All classes are split into beginners, intermediate and advanced/fighter classes and are designed to improve fitness, general well being as well as discipline and respect.

All classes are split into beginners, intermediate and advanced/fighter classes and are designed to improve fitness, general well being as well as discipline and respect. Our 500m2 facility boast the Martial Arts zone with matted area with bags pads, ring, cage and other relevant equipment all designed to help you improve your goals and Fitness Gym zone with over 40 machines. We teach Kickboxing, k1, mma and muay thai and have a number of qualified instructors.
Our motto REAL TRAINING - REAL RESULTS ensures that you get the most out of training with us.many of our students lost weight, became stronger and healthier plus way more disciplined; as on of the say "If you can survive STORM then everything else is a child's play".
