Stewart Management and Planning Solutions Limited is an independent Town Planning and Management Consultancy that has been operating successfully since March 2002. It is led by Ransford Stewart (MRTPI, MCMI), formerly Head of Planning and Transportation at Watford Council. He is a Chartered Town Planner with more than 20 years' experience in planning.

Our aim is to provide a cost effective and timely solution to your planning or management needs. Through our work at all levels of government and across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, we have a unique view of all aspects of planning that we use to identify opportunities for negotiating solutions before resorting to formal processes. We also have a unique view of management in a local government context that we bring to our management assignments.
