1983 - He was joined by Julie Thorne, now driving over 1000 miles a week in a Mercedes van and working markets and fairs all over the South of England. 1987 - Julie's brother Jason came on board and a large trailer was added to the poor old Mercedes. 1990 - Steptoes Dorchester opened, run by Julie. Riff & Jason continue market trading. 1993 - Steptoes Bridport was opened and we branched out into clothing.
