I first became aware of holistic therapies when I found myself suffering the symptoms of stress. A friend recommended Reiki to me; I had no idea what it was, but I thought why not, it may help me. Help it certainly did and I decided to find a Reiki Master who would teach me about this ancient Japanese healing system. Over the next few years I was taught to Reiki Master and Teacher level. I began practising in 2014 as Fylde Coast Therapies and in October I became an Associate at North West Therapy Centre in Blackpool.

I practice from here as well as offering a mobile service. In late 2014 I finished further training and became an Animal Reiki Master and Teacher. I am currently training in Crystal Therapy and Meditation Therapy; these will be added to the services I offer during Spring 2015. As a Reiki Master & Teacher I offer training to those who wish to learn and practice this ancient healing system. This can be one-on-one or within a group.
