Our staff hold a great deal of experience and academic standing. Holding qualifications to include; Law Degrees (LLB), STEP Will Writing Certificates, MBA's and members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Society of Will Writers, the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) and the Personal Finance Society (PFS).
Our consultants, many of them ex-Service officers, are based all over England and Wales - and one will be not far from you. He or she will contact you for an initial discussion and then agree an appointment with you - either during the day, or if other commitments demand, in the evening. The output of any appointment is a set of instructions, which go to our Will-drafting department. The consultant will normally deliver your Will for signing and witnessing.
