We have emergency appointments available daily. If you are not registered with us, or you have not had treatment with us for over 2 years, there will be a fee of £45.00 to be seen, plus the cost of any treatment you receive on the day. If you suffer pain or facial swelling outside of our standard opening hours, please call NHS Direct on 111 and they will be able to advise you.
Should you be unable to attend an appointment for any reason, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or re-arrange your appointment time. As we are a very busy practice, knowing when patients are unable to attend helps us to run on time and be able to see patients in desperate need of treatment, if required. Should you fail to attend 3 consecutive appointments without notifying us, you will not been seen as an NHS patient.
