Having spent 22 years as a specialist mortgage advisor, Steve has been with the company since 2010. He specialises in helping high net worth clients and oversees all of Springtide's Compliance affairs. Steve prides himself on his sound technical knowledge of the mortgage market and is a board member of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI). Outside of work, he can be found travelling abroad, fishing at weekends and enjoying theatre.

Philip has been at the company since 2013. He is responsible for sourcing all kinds of bespoke solutions for clients from a wide range of lenders, including private banks. As a detailed and lateral thinker, Philip is capable of coming up with tailor made solutions for clients based on his in depth knowledge of the market. He enjoys sport and travelling in his spare time.
