I had studied Nutrition and Exercise for many years before carrying out a degree in Nutrition & Exercise / Health. As an active triathlete I took this further and completed a course in Sports Nutrition, before obtaining a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy. I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
I have a clinic by appointment from the Complete Chiropractic Clinic in Litchdon Street, Barnstaple. Whether you need Nutritional Advice, Personal Training, Remedial, Relaxation or Sports Therapy/Massage or a combination, give me a call to arrange a consultation!
