Rick is a premier qualified master personal trainer in corrective exercise and runs a full time practice in Gravesend. He has treated sports persons from many different backgrounds and has close connections with several clubs including one of Kents leading mixed martial arts clubs, Jason Gallagher's "Gravesend Martial Arts".
Rick has a sporting background in martial arts with his foundation being in Kyokushin karate and has since trained in many different systems as well as enjoying cycling, squash and weight training and is currently enjoying obstacle course races.
