Zahir also practices Cranial Osteopathy, Naturopathy, Medical Acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology and is fully trained in Foot Biomechanics and Orthotics. The task of bowling fast in cricket, combined with a copious work load of weight training, football, hockey, swimming, athletics, martial arts, badmington, tennis etc, was too much burden on my fragile body as I ended up having innumerable sessions of physiotherapy, acupuncture and chiropractory. Temporary relief was all that I could endeavour as I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis and degenerative changes in my lower back.
