My treatment, training and coaching is based on the latest understanding of pain neuroscience. My background is a blend of over 20 years experience in pain neuroscience, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and nursing. The culmination of this experience is the approach that I take to chronic pain as a specialist pain physiotherapist. You don't need to put up with the suffering. Understanding pain (UP) is a pain awareness campaign that I have co-founded with Georgie Standage. We will be providing the latest information and thinking in pain science, creating a way forward for the huge numbers of people suffering across the world. I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HPC).
