We are happy to provide detailed references should this be appropriate.A major part of our work is based around remedial building works for the NHBC where we have been accredited with a grade ‘A’ status. This work is considerably varied but a brief description would be that we are employed by the NHBC under their Buildmark Warranty scheme (for new properties & homes up to 10 years old), to correct either faults in construction or defective/unfinished work on the property prior to handover.Our normal operating area would be considered as the New Forest, Lymington, between Southampton and Bournemouth, but we are more than willing to work outside of this area, having worked as far afield as Richmond, London for regular clients.We have a fully employed work force, several members of staff having been with us for more than 20 years. Our employed workforce cover all general building operations such as Carpentry, Brickwork, Plastering, Drainage & Ground works, External patios & Landscaping. We use a select group of specialist Subcontractors for Electrics & Plumbing etc.
