Southsea Counselling

I work with people aged 14 and upwards: face to face in the Portsmouth and Southsea area, and nationwide via telephone, FaceTime and Skype. Working with me means having a time and place where, together, we can work out a way forward. From me, you’ll have a listening ear, a sympathetic but objective point of view, and support in helping you understand and move on from the ‘not right’ place you find yourself in. I have a flexible range of appointment times, which means I can usually arrange a first session within about a week. I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and have been in private practice since 2009.
