We provide complete 'through-the-wall' systems, and our core activities are light gauge steel framing, external insulated render systems and rainscreen systems. At Southern Maze, we have the ability in-house to design, supply and install all of these elements. In addition, the company has been providing dry-lining installation services since it was founded in 1997. We are also extremely active in providing load bearing light gauge steel structures up to 9 storeys high, which are both competitive financially and offer a quicker construction method than traditional construction systems. Southern Maze head office is based in Sittingbourne, Kent and the Scotland office is based in Glasgow. This makes us well situated to provide construction services throughout the UK. Our clients include councils and housing associations, and we have worked with many of the major UK-based property development companies.
