Writing We write the documentation based on current working practices in a simple and flexible style which is understood by everyone and identify improvements for the benefit of the organisation. Implementation We assist with the implementation by advising on improvements and different approaches to making the system work well for the organisation. Auditing Auditing is a crucial element of the management system. We provide training on internal auditing or we complete the internal audit programme on behalf of the client.
