Southwest Mortgages was co-founded between John Jeffery and Andy Tasker, both professional financial advisors. With a combined experience of over 20 years in mortgage and financial advice, Southwest Mortgages are ideally placed to give truly independent guidance through the mortgage maze. After gaining wide managerial experience, John joined the financial services sector working for The Prudential for 3 years, then a further 9 years as a mortgage broker with a leading estate agency. John co-founded Southwest Mortgages as he wished to establish a company that would give truly independent mortgage advice at no charge to the client.

Andy has over 10 years experience in the mortgage market working for several institutions culminating in the formation of Southwest Mortgages in order to give clients true independent mortgage advice. With over 7,000 different mortgage schemes available at any one time it is essential to research the market for a mortgage most suited to the client.
