4 years and have never been disappointed in her service. She always re-arranges her diary to fit you in and I find I can truly relax when I'm there! She's also very easy and a pleasure to chat too. You come away feeling very pampered and special and can never fault the treatment. She also offers highly competitive rates and offers a loyalty discount after so many visits which is always a nice surprise. I don't think I could ever switch beauty therapists now. You won't be disappointed!
