Something to Savour is a catering partnership owned and run by Val Baumann and Jane Coe. We have been passionate about food and cooking all our lives and felt there was a distinct lack of affordable, quality and imaginative home cooked buffet food available in our area.
So many times we had attended functions ourselves and had been presented with mass-produced pre-prepared party food which, although may perhaps have looked appetising, was often a disappointment on the palate. Frustrated by this, and in the knowledge that we could do better, we decided to do just that.
