His 35 years' experience in hospitality operations and finance, from start-ups to quoted companies, allow him to recognise when creative conceptualists are in need of "head office" support. Previously, Peter has worked at Finance Director level across many companies including Imperial Inns & Taverns, SFI, Harvester Restaurants and Coffee Republic. Additionally, Peter was Managing Director of Crown Management Systems.
