Nearby is Warsash Sailing Club and Public Hard, across the water is the seafront of Hamble, a fine area for sailing and boating.

The majority of our guests are studying at the Warsash Maritime Academy that is within five minutes walk away. For eating out there is a great selection of local pubs and restaurants within easy reach to suit all types of taste buds.
