They have been expert witnesses for many years in their specialist fields of the property profession. These surveyors control a small active professional team of surveyors and supporting administration staff. Smith and Knight obtain the majority of work from word of mouth. Recommendations mainly come via long lasting retained clients, fellow chartered surveyors, solicitors and other professionals.
