I have a number of clients in the East Midlands but also work with customers across the UK, mainland Europe, China, Australia and the US. My background is engineering and design and therefore main strengths are in developing practical solutions, creativity, people skills and precise attention to detail. Much of my work has been with leadership of change, operational management, new product development and new markets both geographic and technical. Style varies from hands-off where the contribution is to provide guidance, creative input and mentoring for clients and their businesses that want to develop on a fast-track of growth.

I also work hands-on where the client seeks a specific responsibility or piece of work to be completed professionally and to budget.
