She has worked with people in many different situations and has a natural talent of being sensitive and caring towards a person’s needs. She is able to work effectively with individuals who want to use food and nutrition to improve their health and well being.I have always loved working with people. Having worked for many years in the fitness industry, I decided that I wanted to work in health and well-being with my love of seeing lives changed for the better. I completed a YMCA course in Nutrition & Fitness in 2011. The course was fascinating and combined studying the science of food and nutrition and its effect on health, with exercise to music. I continue to update my knowledge and skills though regular professional development activities.
