As you know we purchased our newly renovated apartment on the sea front at Filey, we reluctantly decided to holiday let the property. Our concern was that it would not remain in the pristine condition that it was in when we purchased it. We are not local and to use it as a holiday let we would have to rely on someone locally to service the apartment. We were given a card advertising your business as a company that would service the apartment. Using your company has been trouble free, whatever we have asked you to do you have carried out without question and have derived a service above our expectations. We recently returned to the apartment and to our delight when entered it was as clean and tidy as the day we left.
