Managing Director Richard Jennis and Technical Director Stephen Tang founded the company in 2008, right at the start of the credit crunch, which many thought was a huge risk. But of course, the risk paid off and our list of clients has grown quickly. We've also had to move office three times to accommodate our rapidly expanding team. Claire Thorpe joined the agency as Consultancy Director in 2010, which meant that we could expand our services to include online marketing, SEO, social media and user experience projects.

Engagement is at the core of everything we do - we work collaboratively and see ourselves as an extension of our clients' teams. In fact, it's not unusual for us to work from our clients' offices a few times during a project; it really helps us to get to know your team and business.
