Simon Brettell Photography is a wedding photography business based in Harborne, Birmingham in the West Midlands and which operates throughout the UK. My aim is to offer a high quality wedding photography service at an affordable price. I specialise in reportage / documentary style photography and aim to capture your wedding as it happens. I take images that are natural, informal and describe the real story of your wedding. I do this with minimal interference so that you can spend more time enjoying your big day.
I have always had a love of photography, ever since my parents bought me the "Professionals CI5 Crimebuster Kit" for Christmas when I was about 6 years old. This contained a miniature 126 film spy camera and I've been pointing cameras at things ever since. The equipment I use has improved considerably since that first camera - I now shoot exclusively using Canon pro-grade digital EOS cameras and Canon professional grade "L" series lenses.
